Starting hours may vary, depending on customers’ needs and certain projects. The standard workday concludes after 8 hours; however, overtime is expected.

We typically have plenty over-time available, however, cannot always guarantee this. Typical overtime is accumulated over Saturday's and Sunday's, with 8+ hours available. Many of our staff work 20+ hours overtime a week, which hugely increases their take-home annual pay.

We offer our customers a 24/7 service and can be called out at any time during the day or night. As a result, you may be called out to a job, however, this is compensated with a minimum 4-hour pay, up to 4 hours, then hourly pay afterwards.

Our factory is based in Tredegar, but we can be expected to visit and work at our customers sites in various parts of Wales/the West country, and many other parts of the UK. As a result, we require our team to spend nights away for work, or training requirements, when needed.
